The Amari Atrium Hotel is conveniently located on New Petchburi Road. Within easy access to shopping and commercial areas, this modern Bangkok hotel is close access to the 'Petchburi' (MRT) underground station and the Suvarnabhumi Airport expressway.
The hotel offers very spacious guest rooms with an outstanding level of service creating unforgettable stays. The rooms and suites on the Executive Floors are especially designed to meet the demanding needs of executive business travelers, with an dedicated reception area and an exclusive Executive Lounge. The property has excellent sporting facilities as well, including a swimming pool with outdoor jacuzzi and a Clark Hatch Fitness Centre.

Accommodation and facilities:
The hotel made my honeymoon stay awesome as I got an auto upgrade to the Executive Lounge because the hotel was overbooked the day I came. The lounge was on the 23rd floor and a corner room with a magnificent city view, nice dining hall , drawing room. All the rooms were very spacious and service wa s prompt. Also, staffs here are rather fluent in English so did not face much language issues.
Reservation service:
Booking service using Web Sawadee was flawless and had no trouble. Once you get your reservation confirmation mail you can take that mail straight to the hotel and they will have the details with them. You might face some trouble if you try to confirm the reservation with the hotel and if only language you can opt for is english ( not thai). Thais love their own language and are not so fluent in English. You need to speak slowly and on many occasions break the sentence into word fragments to make them understand. Eg Your service was very good and I liked it. --> Your service - very goooood - I Like.

Everything was great. Staff are polite and very helpful. The only negative comment I have is the free wifi. You can only get the free wifi at the hotel lobby.

I visited Thailand january 2011. We were 3 persons and had 2 rooms att hotel Amari Atrium in Bangkok. I use wheelchair. there is all facilities for person who use wheelchair too.

Very good hotel. The room was great (we got an upgrade, so we stayed in a superiror room), the pool and sundeck also good, breakfast very good. Two only cons: skytrain is far away, so you have to use taxi more often (and, in the rush hours, it can be bad), and staff is not very friendly (except the ladies in the gym/swimminbg pool area)
