Accommodation and facilities:
The room is no good. The receptionist first gave me a room with no windows and is really smelly. I felt headache and communicated with the receptionist and she agreed to change another room with window but extra 200 bahts. I gave them 100 bahts. The new room is really small and noisy and I can not get my sleep well with the TV or some noise from somewhere. I really regret that I booked the room. I checked out the next moring and their service to keep my luggage is beyond my expectation. Since they put my luggage just around the stairs and anyone can pass by and i m really worried about my luggage during my visit outside. But it turned that my luggages are not lost. Thanks god.

1.Your lady receptionist (not Kanya but the slightly elder, more experienced lady) was rude to us from day 1. She had scant respect for us, the customers and no politeness whatsoever. And yet, you are unfortunately running under-occupancy in your hotel ! Kanya was gracious and polite always.
2. The lady night-time receptionist on 16 Sun. 2014 was extremely rude and abusive. Reason : We asked her for some ice in the water-heater jug provided in our room.While she gave us the ice-cubes in another jug, she threatened us you would be charged for spoiling the water-heater ! . Would merely putting ice-cubes in the water-heater jug spoil its working ?
3.Finally, your staff should be made to understand that the present day Indians
earn and save well, spend lots of funds on travel & tourism but always look for value for money in service & dignity in communication. Your services should be competitively priced. For example, the Floating Mkt.+Tiger temple +lunch package costs Baht 2600.00 per person in your hotel whereas your competitors offer the same (also incl. Kwai Bridge)at Baht 2000.00 per person ! Obviously, we took up the Baht 2000.00 package, value for money, from another travel co.
4.More importantly, your reception staff should be always able to converse in English. Your night-time male-receptionist of 17/18 Mar. 2014 either did not know English or he pretended not to to know English always.

Reception not friendly. Oue room is on 4th floor but no one help us carry luggage when we arrive & left!!! When aircon broken they try switch us to first floor(from 4 to 1 and ofcos no one will help carry anything) and dont tell us when is the new room ready just keep us waiting in that room & sweating.

it is a very exciting experience
of my 3th time visiting Bandkok.
(2nd time at this Inn), by the way,

It was a wonderful stay in this Hotel. The staffs are very nice and helpful, too.
The only problem I encountered during this stay was that there was not enough water pressure occasionaly during our shower.
