Accommodation and facilities:
We had to pay a deposit of 4000 baht and also i gave them my credit card details. When we were leaving i asked for the money back and was told that i had not paid any money and they would not listen evan when i showed them the receipt that had my credit card details and 4000 baht written on it. We are very dissapointed

Nice staff, nice place, good food.

Succeeded in getting me what i wanted. Worked with me after the reservation was made and let me wait list another hotel basically. Personal help from real people like Apple, made things work out well.
