Terribly noisy place, poorly insulated. Major construction works on an adjacent lot made noise day and night. Had to move to another hotel after 3 sleepless nights.

The hotel is good if you want to be able to walk to Soi Cowboy or walk your barfined date back to your hotel room. I think there are better values out there. It says free tuk tuk transport but when I asked the tuk tuk driver for a ride he lied to my face and said tuk tuk broke. Welcome to the land of smiles.

Very good hotel with clean room. location is good about 8 > 12 minutes walking to BTS or MRT. very good area. I will stay there again for sure. :)

We stayed at the Citadines Sukhumvit 11 before. The location there was great, but we prefer the environment around Ctadines S.23. Our room was a studio type, quite spacious and clean. Has evertyhing you need. The only issue is the bed is a queen size, so a bit small for 2 people, compare to the price we paid, Citadines offers great value. The shuttle tuk tuk to the train station was a plus. We ll definitely come back here and highly recommend others to stay here too. The breakfast was nice, free wi-fi thoughout the building. Staff were cheerful and helpful.

Sawadee.com staff were very helpful in organizing the booking and response promptly. As when I checked in at the hotel. The hotel staff required us to present a voucher which I did not have it handy and cannot print it out then. So Sawadee.com staff offers to forward the email to the hotel staff for us. That truely shows us how much caring the Sawadee.com staff had put into even after taken the payment from us. We ll definitely book our room through Sawadee.com again!
