Baan Sar Suan Home & Autoverleih Hua-Hin Ein dreistöckiges Haus, jedes Stockwerk besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnbereich, Essbereich, Küche und Angestellten-Zimmer. Es gibt einen gemeinsamen Garten, mit einer Kochecke und einem Platz zum Aufhängen Ihrer Wäsche. Vor dem Haus befinden sich eine schöne Liegewiese und ein wunderschön angelegter Garten mit großem Pool. In der zweiten Etage gibt es einen Wohnbereich mit einem Sofa und Kabel-TV mit einem Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool. Auf der anderen Seite liegt ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer und einen Balkon mit Blick auf ein leeres Grundstück.

So disappointed with the swimming pool because all tile are broken and some of mine cousin were cut bit injury and staff there were helpless nothing resolve by them they just said to me it was not their responsible to take care this home rental managed by owner. I had rent 2 house and the first one was fine and look good the second one was awful and smell so bad also inside refrigerator became rusty I went to discuss with staff finally they had changed the house for me. My recommended please thinking before going the book this home rental….

& Rental Hua-Hin The houses are 3 stories high with a living, dining, kitchen, guest toilet and a maid's room with an attached toilet on the ground floor. There is a common back garden where you have an outside Thai cooking area and a place to hang your washing. The front of the house has a beautifully manicured lawn and a landscaped garden with the largest swimming pool in Hua Hin. |

On the second floor, you have a lounge area with a sofa set and cable TV with a balcony overlooking the pool. On the other side is a bedroom with a balcony overlooking an empty plot of land and an en suite bathroom. On the third floor you have two bedrooms on either side both with en suite bathrooms and with balconies one overlooking the pool and the other overlooking the empty plot of land. The bathrooms all have showers with hot water. All the bedrooms are furnished with twin or double beds, wardrobes and a dressing table. The whole house is air-conditioned. The living room has a sofa set with cable TV, telephone and French windows. The dining room has a 6 set dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities like, cooker, large fridge, hot water flask, washing machine, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils sufficient for 12 people, cabinets and a wash-basin. This has to be negotiated directly with the maids who are available at Baan Sar Suan all day. Our staff will be more than happy to help you with the negotiation. These houses are ideal for a couple or a family with 8 Adults and 2 children. We do not allow more than this in each house. |
