A great hotel with a low price. Helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast. Incredibly nice and clean indoor and outdoor. The hotel is recommended, but not the city of Cha Am. Cha Am town was not a favorite for us. No opportunities for shopping, most handmade goods and small selection of restaurants. The beach was nice, but unfortunately very dirty. There was so much garbage on the beach. We had several nights in Hua Hin. There were many good restaurants to choose and a wide variety of shopping. Easy to get there. Taxi round trip cost 700 bath. It s cheap when the trip took 25 minutes one way

Room s decoration is very simple but other facilities and bathroom is o.k. The location is good. The massage service is very good reasonable price. Overall service is good except the front desk, never see the smile on their face.

A great hotel in a perfect location just across the road from a lovely beach. There are free deck chairs and parasols for hotel guests. Information about the hotel services and what to do out and about is hard to find and the staff do not speak or understand english very well but this is a minor issue.The hotel room was huge and very comfortable and very clean. All of the public areas were well maintained and the breakfast although a bit limited in choice was good quality.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this hotel.

Very satisfied with the quality of the room and general amenities.
Issues though...
1. Live music playing near our room was too loud and played too late (many nights past 10.30pm). Sometimes we couldn t hear the TV, the room reverberated and was simply too loud.
2. Not all staff were able to speak English.
3. Staff were not informed or had little knowledge of local tourist attractions (local markets, golf)
4. Staff were not always friendly
