Ramayana Koh Chang Resort and Spa is located on Klong Prao Beach, 12 kilometers from the Ao Supparod Pier on the west coast. Traveling time by flight (by Bangkok Airways) from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport to Trat Airport is just 40 minutes.

The ferry service to Koh Chang is located at Ao Thammachart Pier. The ferries depart daily every 30 minutes to Ao Supparod Pier in Koh Chang from 6.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Traveling time is only 30 minutes.
