the save money coffre is many time not fixed. I have booking my rooms very soom not on the noisy road side,and I have get my rooms on the noisy road side!!! The breakfast would be better until 10.30. Exept this,thank you I have pass good time on your beautifull hotel 5 times.

Have stayed at Banyan Villa 5 times now, and it remains my favourite! It s getting a bit expensive these days, and they use to much/strong cleaning solution in the pool, but in general it s a great place. They should provide free WiFi and aircondition should be stronger/better/newer. Had to change room because of insufficient aircon. Perfect location on Phi Phi...

Location: 5 minutes walk fr TongSai Pier; Room: 202 & 204 facing garden in the front, but noisy across the corridor due to air conditioner machine; Buffer: acceptable but open to the air, with a lot of natural animals around; Services: cannot check in in advance

The hotel resturant is really poor in service. first day they wouldnt help us at all so we ended up walking. The next day we tried again. when we asked where we could sit they just screamed in their passing anyywhere , then it took about 20min and still no service, even when i tried talking to them and asked if we could order, so we ended up walking that day aswell. the breakfast was not good at all. the watermelon tasted life sewer!

A romantic hotel, very clean, perfect location. Pool could have been bigger with more sun beds. Right next to the beach, breakfast was good but not with a lot of choices. The restaurant at lunch and dinner was very good value for money.

great place in the middle of it all, but not loud at night like i expected. The pool is heavily chlorinated, and boring. The breakfast is great, and served right by the beach. Will certainly stay again.

convenient traffic, 5 minutes to the pier, close to restaurants and massage outlets. 10-15 minutes to the beach. only 1 swimming pool. moderate room, big bathroom, with porch, but old tv. only 1 receptionist, quite busy, no smile. all staffs I met in hotel are not warm and friendly. room make-up not prompt. regarding the price, just fine, not as value for money as my expectation.
