Somkiet Buri Resort & Spa est magnifiquement situé dans un environnement naturel avec vue sur la montagne et des jardins tropicaux, à Ao Nang Beach, avec vue sur la montagne en toile de fond, à moins de 17 kilomètres de la ville de Krabi et à 29 kilomètres de l'aéroport international de Krabi, à seulement 300 mètres de la plus belle plage, au sable blanc et à la mer cristalline d'Ao Nang Beach. Nous avons des chambres "Superior" et "Deluxe" avec balcon privé, donnant sur le jardin paysager magnifique et la montagne. Chaque chambre est équipée d'eau chaude et froide, baignoire, minibar, climatisation, TV et téléphone. Our family stayed in the resort for 8 nights , what a beautiful place , will definetly be going back... only thing I would suggest is that they need to supply tea and coffee facilities in the room...

The most beautiful hotel I have ever been to in thailand. It is a little dschungle in the busy Ao Nang Beach. Not only the cat but also the squirrels came for breakfast. Only exception: the reception staff could work on its freidnlyness when people arrive. Later they warmed up and became more friendly. We had a Pool Room on ground floor with direct access to the pool (missing some stairs into the pool, which was a little difficult for me with a stiff leg to get out of the pool), but that is all we habe tovclaim. The room was perfect, cleaning was OK and the view from our terrace as great.

Wonderful holiday! We stayed for 14 nights and loved every minute of it. Somkiet Buri is a beautiful resort, rooms lovely (we had a family room which was spacious, well furnished and immaculately maintained by the army of cleaners that came through like a whirlwind each morning!) The pool is gorgeous, the guy who does the massage is a genius and Rak the general manger is an extremely helpful and attentive host. We were even there for the recent Tsunami warning and were so impressed by the way that the Ao Nang authorities (but even more so the staff at Somkiet Buri) conducted the evacuation, we had two small children with us too which could have been a nightmare but we were so well looked after throughout (thanks Mom!) and really felt safe. Songkran was also amazing (well worth visiting when this festival happens next year - especially if you re 40 going on 8), and even 90% of the guests at Somkiet were smiley and friendly too - all around a holiday not to forget!

All in all a pleasant resort to stay. Spa prices for such things as massage where far to high - reduce them close to what other massage places take and I for one would have taken a massage or two there. Pool area was nice - but put install a system where the guests can request food or drink services. Otherwise lovely and the jungle feeling of the resort sets it out from many others. We enjoyed ourselves!

Simple, easy - recommend them as agents! Suggest they make sure that their suppliers have better control of things as the booked transfer from Krabi airport to Ao Nang was not handled particularly well - even though they sorted it out in the end.

Nice hotel with a brilliant location in Ao Nang. Tidy rooms and a garden which reminds you more to a jungle than to a resort garden. Pool is very nice.
