If you are looking for a basic hotel located near to the beach, food and bars then Krabi Heritage hits the spot. But hotel management could do better with maintaining their air-conditioning equipment to ensure guests have a cool stay in the rooms. Also friendlier staff would help to make the hotel a nicer place for guests. Overall, a fair experience if you manage your expectations - i.e. it s not 5-star quality but basic and clean.

Stayed 9 nights, it s a good hotel. Unfortuneately a it to small pool for that amont of room. Average charterhotel, as they say...you get what you pay for.....

Krabi Heritage is a simple, fuss-free 3-star hotel. It has all the basic amenities plus swimming pool. Adequate daily buffet breakfast. Good location off the main Ao Nang strip, about 4 minutes walk to the beach. Its in a good location to shops and eateries.

Krabi Heritage is a value for money hotel with clean rooms and good views if you live on the right side of the block. The left side is too near the bars and noisy during the nights. Ask for rooms with the cliff views too. Location is really perfect, a minute walk to the main road and 5 minutes the beach. 7-11, tour booths, eateries surrounds the krabi heritage hotel.

Unfortunatly there wasn t wifi;Room small when you have an extra bed ,mattress of this bed uncomfortable for an young and tall child;staff at the reception helpful otherwise difficult to get a smile from the staff at the restaurant;beautiful and pleasant swimmingpool

Hotel over all is just Ok. The hallways are extremyl noisy, the doors on all of the rooms are extremely loud when you close the doors, so loud that ayou can hear a door close at the end of the hall, while in your room with the TV turned on. We arrived in our room, the toilet seat was cracked, the hot water heater did not work. To their credit, they replaced the toilet seat right way. They said the fixed the hot water problem, but we still did not have hot water.
