Travel reviews for Supar Royal Beach
Date of stay: Jan 01, 2011
Accommodation and facilities:
The hotel staff really nice. Poor cleaning of the bungalow on the places that are not visible. Hardly anything close, you need to book a taxi service, rent a car or motorcycle to go anywhere.
If you want peace and quiet then this is the right place. Reservation of sunbeds at the pool was annoying. Definitely recommended this hotel

Nice big Hotel at Khanom Nai Plao beach, half hour from Don Sak Ferry Pier. rooms very clean, with AC and TV, bathroom bit old but also clean. food good, prices reasonable. Staff friendly, one hour from suratthani Airport, 1 1/2 hours from Nakhon Si Tammarat Airport, Perfect for stop-over.
We can recommend Supar Royal Beach Hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff do not speak much english but are really friendly. The restuarants chef is a good block but is board out of his head and will try to occupy allot of your time, not ideal when you are on honeymoon. Stay on one of the beach bungalos, perfect. If you turn left on the beach you will discuver Khanom beach restuarant, amazing setting and good food. There is a 7 eleven in the market, buy your water 5L from there and save yourself a fortune. An ideal place that needs a little work on it but perfect if you are honeymooning. Get them to pick you up from the airport

Accommodation and facilities:
Disappointing. No chairs to sit on balcony. Rather grubby windows, cracked bath and basin in bathroom. Offhand receptionists. No local info available.
Beautiful location, right on the beach.
Worst breakfast buffet ever! But food at lunchtime and evenings was quite good, although service was erratic, and accompanied by ghastly western ballads.
Reservation service:
Fine. Good discount.

Accommodation and facilities:
We stayed in a bungalow on second row, It was not worth the money, musty smell and the furnishing was old (very old). It is better to choose to stay in a standard room in the hotel just on the other side of the road (they look really nice).
The staff is nice and helpful but does not speak or understand english so good.
Nai Plao beach is quiet and lovely, deep and good for swimming. There is not much to do around so there is good time for relaxing.
Reservation service:
No problems, as always

Accommodation and facilities:
It is a nice clean airy hotel with a large reception. The staff were very friendly. Our room was on the top floor with a beautiful view of the mountains and the beach/ocean. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. It had a fridge with 2 free bottles of water every day. It also had a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. The room was spacious and the bed was emormous. The dining area was a short walk away, and right next to the beach. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of different foods. If we go to this area again then we would definately stay at this hotel.
Reservation service:
The booking service with sawadee was excellent. We booked all but one of our 5 accommodations in Thailand with Sawadee and had no problems at all. We would highly recommend Sawadees booking service. Thank you Sawadee.

Set on The pristine Nai Plau Beach, on the side of an impressive
looking mountain rage, this resort was opened in 19.. by Khun Supar
and her family who build a few beachside cottages. Later a beachside
restaurant and large hotel with all modern facilities were added.
"Did you ever dream of waking up to your own private Sunrise,
or watching pink dolphins visiting the beautiful bay just a few meters
in front of your own cottage?"
Nai Plau Beach in Khanom
is one of those beautiful places that have not been overrun by the large
public yet, long stretches of the most beautiful beach on South Thailand
mainland are just waiting to be discovered.
Nai Plau Beach is
truly one of those few hidden treasures left in Thailand.
Supar
Royal Beach Hotel, Besides tasteful modern rooms, the hotel offers excellent
facilities to host conferences, meetings, seminars, weddings and other
festivities up to 250 people. Other facilities include a swimming pool,
a bar with karaoke facilities, a coffee shop, and a restaurant.
