everything is great, 3 minutes to morning market banzaan can have breakfast there. 3 minutes to jungceylon and bangla road. 3 minutes to night market. nice location!! For the Room(407), everything was so nice just except the toilet door cant be lock.

Location is very convenience, just few step to famous shopping mall, and couple of minutes to famous bangla road. Free wifi in lobby and room also. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

thanks to all the staff, very helpfull and smiling. the location is perfect and value for money. for what i paid (14 euros par day no breakfast)it was better than i expected. i get out at 1 pm and the lady make up the room. don t worry let s book here your room for holidays in patong. Marco

Nice little Hotel, rooms are clean and staff is friendly. If you don´t mind walking 10 min to the beach and every night to the main party area, good choice of hotel. Breakfast could be a little bit better.

For the price I pay, there really isn t anything I can complain about. Staff are very polite and helpful. Housekeeping was done, clean towels available, mineral water bottles were replenished every single day!Room was very clean and quite spacious. Only the bathroom was quite small and can get flooded easily if never gauge the water used. Have to walk a bit to Patong Beach or popular spots. Night time is very quiet and peaceful as hotel is away from the busy streets.
