The hotel was good but a view things can be better we think. The breakfast was for us not complet, there was no milk, no yochurt and no cheese and the bread was dry. The hotelrum smells a bit funny (mould). There is no control in the middle of the night so drunk teenagers use the pool, shouting and screaming in the middle of the night. Nobody dears to do something about that so we did and because of that reason we checked out severly days earlier as plant.

A very bad hotel we vere there 4 years ago then it was much better. Reception was the worst we ever tried in Thailand we should book an extra room for friends and everything was ok until they showed up then there were no room for them and the staff just didn´t do anything. Restaurant didn´t know if they wanted to serve us they were just standing talking to each other, never there again. there were big rats crawling around in the garden next to pool area. Stay away from that hotel!!!!

This hotel did not live up to our expectations. The frontdesk did not know much about the area and gave us wrong key to a room. The breakfast was not as aspected etc. etc.

Sawadee is working perfectly. Grace really did help us as much as she could and we are satisfied with the good service

No, no, no! It was so bad, that we changed hotel after just one night even tough we had paid for two nights.
Unpolite staff, very expensive (lunch, beverage) - we also saw rats when we were sitting outside during the night.
Bad location - far from everything and in the bathroom there was some kind of window so you the traffic was really noicy even inside.
The pool was as steep as 170 cm over the whole pool which made it impossible to swim with children.
No, no no! Big varning!
One beer cost 140 bath, the laundry costed over 100 bath/kg.
Bad location!!!

Worst hotel we have tried in Thailand (6 previous visits, this trip lasted two months - so we have tried a few). Shower is in a fixed position so it makes everything wet. There are no closets, no tablespace, nowhere to put stuff. Food in restaurant is adapted, so it tastes anything but Thai. Aircondition is fine and the pools are excellent. But overall the hotel cannot be recommended to anyone - and especially not to families with small children.

Terrible customer service, the front desk were useless. We couldn t even make a phone call from our room or from the front desk, for that matter. Our room had two single beds (which is not what we booked). We tried to find alternative accomodation but everywhere else was full. The taxi the front desk arranged for us were going to charge us a ridiculous amount to get to airport, even though we asked for a meter taxi. We left and found one ourselves. We would never stay at this particular place again due to the appalling customer service.

We tried to email sawadee.com to complain about Kamala Beach Inn, due to them not living up to their side of the agreement but couldn t get through. We were very unhappy with the accomodation and wished to change.
