The resort's largest meeting room, Khao Lak Hall, is in excess of 432 square metres and has a maximum capacity of 400 persons seated theatre-style or for a standing reception. Khao Lak Hall is divisible into two smaller venues of 189 and 243 square metres.

There are three intermediate meeting rooms ranging from 56 to 200 square metres in size while each meeting venue offers a full range of audio-visual equipment including overhead and LCD projector, large screens, wireless microphone, and built in sound system.
