Great central location and good sized rooms. That s the only positives. This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in Thailand. On arrival the receptionist was unfriendly and was like that for our duration. The rooms were poorly cleaned. My daughter found a used cotton bud on the floor of the bathroom on arrival. Bed sheets were stained and felt unclean. On 2 occasions we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned at 4pm, despite being out for 4 or 5 hours. Toiletries were not replenished. We had to ask for loo roll on 3 occasions. The balconies varied from having 2 mismatching chairs to none at all. The balcony doors had large gaps enabling mosquitos to enter the room. We had to buy coils to keep them down. The wifi is limited to reception area and a few rooms close to reception. The coffee facilities was a kettle and paper cups in reception. There are definitely far better hotels in this price bracket.

There were 2 girls at the reception, which certainly was not very serviceminden or particularly helpful. We have also an emergency where we need to send a fax to a doctor in Damnark. It was not posible by the hotel and they tell us that we only could do this in the town :0(

Clean, lovely location by the beach, near the centre of the resort but set back enough so not noisy. Have no complaints

Very nice hotel, nice big room, clean and neat! Very hi-tec, good wifi in the room! Close to the beach. The only negative I would like to mention was the small restaurant with little choice of breakfast! Can really recommend this hotel! If you go there by taxi, tell the driver it s the COCONUT BEACH RESORT and NOT Lamai Coconut Beach Resort, which is close by. We came to the latter one and had to walk on the beach with suitcases.

Perfect location nice beach, near lamai town, seaview. The breakfast is too simple, good massage in front of the hotel.

It is a perfect place to stay with friendly staf and very cosy atmosfere inside and outside. New big room with balcony, nice (wooden) furnite and smart system of control (air condition, light, tv). Located near the main pub and shopping street. On the beach there is a very cosy lounge bar Chilin with relaxing music, friendly staff, good cousine. Close the other very nice beach bar with tasty and chip thai food

nice place, big and clean rooms - direct access to the beach - simply perfect..... DONT take rooms to the street ! ONLY rooms to the beach ! Otherwise the disco-noise wont let you sleep until 6 a.m. !!!!!

The standard room was good. Most of their staff was friendly, but they could do with a bit more managing system like those in bigger and proper hotel. Overall, it was good.
