First Residence est conçu pour les clients qui recherchent un hébergement à petit prix sans pour autant abandonner l'équipement moderne, le style propre et un environnement confortable. Il est parfaitement situé pour le touriste et le voyageur d'affaires. L'hôtel de style moderne de quatre étages, avec ses 44 chambres supérieures "Superior" et 6 chambres mini-familiales "Mini Family", est situé au calme à l'extrémité sud de Chaweng Beach. this hotel was/is great. all the staff were friendly and helpful. the room we had overlooking the pool was nice (303)the hotel is at the end of chaweng beach road and close the the best beach if you walk through first resort. close by are restaurants and bars and if you walk up towards the family mart you will find the best jewely shop on samui everything is homemade. , I will stay at this hotel again , thanks for an enjoyable stay.also towards the beach where the road bends is the best tattooist on samui.....TATTOOS BY OWEN. also you must visit the ARK BAR for the beach partys and the foods good too !

We really enjoyed our stay at the first residence. The rooms are naturally not first class but the value for money is very good. Everything was clean and the staff is very friendly.We didn´t have breakfast, so don´t know if it´s good. Swimmingpool is a little small, but we used the big one called chaweng beach tht´s located at a 5min. walk. Surrounding here is very quiet and relaxed. Take a bus (50bath) to the beachfront-street and you´ll find many restaurants bars etc. First residence is really value for money (booked via internet it´s cheaper ;-)

Reservation is very quick and easy. We got about half price than you´ll pay at the hotelreception.

Ett prisvärt hotell med bra frukostuffé, bra service och rena och fräscha rum. Poolen ligger i skuggan vilket vi tyckte var skönt. Runtomkring hotellet finns en del restauranger där man kan äta bra mat för en bllig peng. Chaweng beach ligger ungefär 15 minuters promenad därifrån. Ca 10 minuter till det stora shopping stråket. Nackdelen är att längre upp på gatan är ett tillhåll för prostituerade....Vi undevek helt enkelt det hållet.

в отеле не понравились только завтраки и обслуживание на них. Они очень скудные были. Если брать без завтраков, то можно на разницу очень вкусно покушать в соседних кафе.

A pretty good hotel - the room was nice and the service was okay. The breakfast was a bit boring, but the staff were making fresh omelets, fried eggs etc., which was great! The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Chaweng Road (city), but to be where it really happens , you need to walk about 15 minutes. A tuk-tuk only costs 100 Baht per way, so that´s an option. The pool area is okay, but there is only very little sun and only a few sunbeds available.

The only negative thing about the room was that we had ants, but the hotel gave us bugspray. Food had to be kept in refrigerator. Poolarea is very nice, but the times we spent there we had no sun.

I stayed here for around 10 day or so. The hotel is verry nice, food was not good and there was not realy any breakfast that I paid for. When I asked for breakfast the staff wern t nice at all, if I wanted pinapple juce (more than 1) they seemed verry angry. No one at reception couldn t speak any english at all. Even though I can speak sum Thai it was a major problem. So myself and a german girl I met there went around the corner to Lucky House. Beautiful bungalows half the price the owner Jo Jo realy realy looked after us and I would recomend it to anyone. Only thing is no pool, but the beach is like a 5 min walk.

Good,clean room, worth the money! Its next 2 the beach and central 2. But the surrounding is still not 2 loud. Check out Siam Star Travel,4 Tours, Travels and any Tickets and Bookings.
