The Fair House Beach Resort & Hotel is set among tropical gardens and coconut plantations at Chaweng Noi beach. It provides 172 spacious rooms and bungalows in traditional Southern Thai style. All rooms are equiped with air-condition, TV, mini-bar, safe and internet. The facilities of the resort include 2 swimming-pools, car parking, laundry service and motorbike rental. The beach-side restaurant Sea Paint, serving the best of Thai & European food and a special "Seafood Barbeque", allows you to dine on the open-air terrace and the Rim Lay Bar offers your favorite drinks with live music entertainment.

Accommodation and facilities:
Fint hotell med strandläge och två pooler. Mycket rent och bra service med buggy cars som kör en på begäran upp till vägen eller receptionen (lång emellan) Vi åkte med våra två barn på sex och sju år och det fungerade bra att bo i en bungalow med extrasäng. Bra frukostbuffé och trevlig personal. På den här stranden kan man sola och mysa men inte simma om man är det minsta rädd för höga vågor och undervattensströmmar. De skryter om att de har wiifii över hela området men det fungerar mycket dåligt.

Bodde i superior bungalow - bott i 2 olika standarden mer än OK. Stranden fin men väldigt djupt direkt i havet och ofta blåsigt. Röd flagg ganska ofta och ett drunkningstillbud. Finns inga restauranger utmed stranden, finns 2 bra och billiga uppe vid huvudvägen annars kort bit med taxi/song thaew ner till centrala Chaweng. Passar utmärkt om man vill ha det lugnt. Mest tyska pensionärer på hotellet. Fin pool, bra frukost, restaurangpersonalen är mycket tillmötesgående och oftast relatvt snabba dock är receptionspersonalen inget vidare. Bra städning. Under den här resan har vi bott på säkert 8 olika hotell och Fair House har ändå stått sig mer än väl i konkurrensen. Rekommenderas.
