The clean rooms are spacious with about 25+ square meters. Huge flat screen TV, fridge, telphone, a spacious and nice bathroom. Pool and pool bar is ok. If you don t mind the nighttime noise of young people and look for a bargain then i can recommend this hotel. Especially for young people. Most of the guest were young people from all over the world. In my point of view its not so suitable for families or elderly persons during high season. The place is in the opposite side of Centara Hotel and not to far outside. Walk 100 meter and you are in the main road in the southern part of chaweng. Walking distance to the beach: about 350 meter. The breakfast room was too small and the poor breakfast gets only one star from me. Every day the same eggs and the bacon was as tough as leather. Soup and rice or bread and a small choice of sausage and cakes. Also found the reception staff to be unhelpfull sometimes overstrained during high season because they seemed not very well instructed. Nobody seems to be responsible for you when arrived. Wait about 20 minutes to check in. That was it. Liftboy: negative. No one takes the baggage to the room. I stayed in 4.floor in the 1. Building and had a 25 kg bag. In the 1. and 3. building no elevator is available. So i had pulled all belongings by myself the perceived one tausend stairs. Terrible. The complete building smelled of paintwork. Ok, new hotel. The fitness room was ok but most of the time fully occupied. Ok, high season. Reiner

the hotel was ok but the staff were lazy! i was there for four nights and did not have my room cleaned once. I asked for a wake up call because i was leaving early in the morning, but no wake up call! i woke up late and asked why no call and the guy thought it was very funny just smiling saying he forgot. breakfast was from 6 am but when i went at 630 they told me i had to wait untill gone 7! need i say any more the service was terrible!!
