The Natural Samui Hotel is nestled in a tropical garden near the ring road in Bophut, just 800 meters away from Fisherman's Village and the beach. The hotel has 38 rooms, including 2 large suites, 9 family and 27 deluxe rooms. Amenities include air conditioning and cable TV, minibar and a large bathroom. The restaurant, located right by the pool, offers Thai and European cuisine. In addition, you can relax in the swimming pool and get a nice suntan. Accommodation and facilities:
Staffs were friendly but unprofessional.The heater in the bathroom was not working while we arrived, the water was rusty smell and almost red colored. The television was not clear.. could see any program!!
Reservation service:
Very good -- but should check the hotel quality before recommend to the customers. I booked suite - was not happy at all.
