planes reserves simple bungalow located too high in the hill at our taste… too far from the reception and of the restaurant ........ following our request had another room with the sea level….without difficulty… splendid very calm place the morning and in end d after midday when the excursions are finished… it s a pity that the breakfast was served only once in dresser at the time of our 7 days stay….

The setting is fantastic, very romantic. The manageress is exceptional. The bungalow was very simple and the bathroom not very practical, water not very clean but I suppose this can be expected because of the setting. Hotel sevice and food ZERO! We would never return to this hotel.

The standard rooms are really not good. The beds are as hard as wood, the towels are dirty and you can fall on cockroaches. You will need a torch to see where you re walking when you go back to your room at night and also to see if there is a crab (not small ones) that is going to jump in front of you. The place is very nice, it worth staying one night but not more.

Location is good but I think they care foreigner more than Thai. The restaurant looks dirty but understand that they welcome diving group. No choice to do more due to there is only a resort on this island ^^

Budget bungalows with great view, we didn t expect more. What ruins the impression is the clear constant noise coming from the middle island (where the check-in is), probably a generator or something.

It is an amazing place. Ii s like in Venice . The best time is to stay there overnight, when all dayly toutist have gone. Then the islands are like hideaways in South Pacific.

The owners of Nangyuan Island Dive Resort

Located on a small private island near Koh Tao in the Gulf of Thailand, Koh Nang Yuan is a vision of paradise.

The resort's architects studied the island carefully, and built a resort harmonious with the natural rock formations of the island.
They left the beach untouched, and built on the boulders of the island to ensure privacy, solitude, and environmental serenity.
Constructed originally in 1986, the quality of the accommodation and facilities has steadily improved to meet the demands of today's travelers.
Your private bungalow ranges in comfort from standard to deluxe, a spacious sleeping area and living space, and a private terrace facing the sea.
From our first day, we have made it a point to preserve the environment of the island and surrounding sea.
Therefore, during your stay we ask you to respect some basic ideas on environmental protection.
Please avoid bringing plastic bottles or cans to the island, and do not take corals or shells - alive or dead - from the beach or sea. Finally,
do not feed the marine life or bird life living on or around the island.

Even though it may sound romantic to breathe from a bamboo tune and a mask carved from a clear piece of stone, we've confined the romantic feeling to aprs-diving in the bar and your room.
Koh Nang Yuan Divers is a PADI Resort Association Member and belongs to the distinguished world-wide organization Scuba Pro Educational Association (S.E.A). We are also affiliated with Phuket's recompression chamber, Dive-Safe Asia, thus all of our students and divers are automatically insured for free treatment in the unlikely event of a pressure-related injury.
