The services of the Resort are so poor and unprofessional spoiling a location otherwise well above average. The self-service breakfast is just a disgusting party for flies but the hotel management it s probably so used to it that doesn t move a finger to eliminate the problem. Dirty dishes and glasses complete the picture. Quality of food below average, even considering just the Thai food offered. Poor or no maintenance is now getting the whole facilities, which were probably good in the past, falling apart. The transport offered from/to the port on the back of a lorry driven by a reckless driver it s the business card of the Resort.

We had a great vacation on Haad Tien resort. We were a big family with teenagers and really enjoyed the beach, the pool area, the restaurants and the high service and friendly staff.

Très mauvaise expérience. Bungalow délabré hors de prix au bord de l eau. Serviettes trouées à chaque change. Draps pas changés pendant 5 jours. L entier bungalow manque d éclairage, y compris dans la douche et les we. Stores extérieurs cassés. Le parasol déchiré. Les prix au restaurant sont marqués en HT, il faut rajouter donc environ 17% de taxes. En 4 semaines de voyage en Thaïlande et 5 locations différentes, c etait la seule fois que nous rencontrons ce type de comportement commercial destiné à faire payer un maximum le client. Pour aller en ville, le tarif est de 150 THB, mais si on est seul le tarif double.
Pour une location à 12000 THB la nuit, dans un cadre idyllique, les serviettes trouées et les services déplorables sont inacceptable. Surtout pour ces tarifs en Thaïlande. J ai des photos pour prouver mes propos.

Beautiful hotel with its own beach in the distance from the center.. the Sea is shallow and fairly clean.Great pool. A good Breakfast. Staff the staff competent and friendly. Rooms are clean.
Disadvantages - night noise generator is sometimes unbearable. Too expensive extra bed. In the evening mosquitoes. Local transfers are expensive.Many staff are on the case.

Certainly not a four-star standard. Rooms are not very well equipped especially bathrooms with very little space, a basic shower gel and hair shampoo... Not even a shower cap...
we had booked 2 getaway villas, their location was really nice, very close to the beach but: in ours there was a leak in the roof (we finished the night with a bin in the middle of the bed because of a big tropical storm), the sink was stuffed and the flushing system in the toilets out of order. Each time we had to call someone to fix the problem...
The WI-FI was just a daily struggle...
To get to one of the two villages close to the hotel, we had to pay for the hotel shuttle (kind of mean considering the price of the rooms).
The worse part was the pool, beautiful but so dirty (obviously a problem of filters) that we could not swim in it during four days (out of 13 days of holidays there, which is a lot !). We also understood that the pool is shared with another resort, the haad tien beach club, so that it may be very busy...
Overall a big disappointment, since we ve already been many times in such hotels in Thailand. This one did not meet our expectations, far from them.

Super schönes Beach Bungolow,(217)in absteigender Zahlenfolge immer näher zum Restaurant, wo auch alle Leute daran vorbei laufen. denn noch finde ich dass dafür zuviel verlangt wird.
Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, leider ohne frischen Fruchtsäfte. Den Service fand ich nicht gut.
das meer ist herrlich, tolle Bucht, schön zum Schnorcheln. Wir sahen Schildkröten und kleine Haie.

Die Lage des Hotels ist grandios. Der zum Hotel zugehörige Strand bestehend aus feinstem weißen Sand und türkisblauem Meer sind ein Traum. Auch die Anlage passt sich sehr schön ins Landschaftsbild ein. Diese Gegebenheiten werden vom Haad Tien leider bis auf den letzten Tropfen ausgequetscht. Darunter leiden viele Dinge. Angefangen bei der Sauberkeit der Zimmer über die Fubktionsweise des Internet....
Den Höhepunkt der Unzulänglichkeiten bildet allerdings die Unfreundlichkeit des Personals. Die Angestellten der Rezeption sprechen miserabel englisch behandeln einen zudem wie den letzten Bittsteller. Wenn man mit einer Frage an die Rezeption herantritt wird man erstmal zur Kasse gebeten...ein einfacher Wechsel des Zimmers nimmt einen ganzen Tag im Anspruch und man muss nicht nur einmal sondern hundertmal nachfragen ob sich was getan hat und wird dann nur wieder mit der Aussage vertröstet, dass es sich noch um 3 Stunden verschiebt! DAS ist sicher nicht das, was man von einem 4 Sterne Resort erwartet.
Auch der neu errichtete Beach Club wird keine Qualitätssteigerung nach sich ziehen zumal der Strand schon mit den Gästen des Resorts absolut an seine Aufnahmekapazitäten stößt! Die Zimmer des BC sind sehr stilvoll gestaltet. Leider stank es im Bad unserer Zimmer bestialisch nach Kloake und die Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer ist so dünn, dass man jedes Wort des Nachbarn versteht...
Fazit: wer Ruhe sucht ist hier (noch) gut aufgehoben. Wer allerdings die Grundzüge eines Servicegedanken erwartet sollte hier niemals hinfahren. Er wird sehr unangenehm enttäuscht werden!
