Thank you for choosing us and welcome to the new "First Villa Beach Resort!" In our beach resort we are combining modern comfort with authentic Thai family atmosphere. Restaurant with tasty food, swimming pool with a beach bar, massage everything right here for your perfect holidays on our amazing island. ACCOMMODATION
Totally we have 30 rooms : you can choose between bungalows or hotel rooms, but all with air-con, TV., mini-bar, safe box and hot shower (bathtub in most of rooms).

Standard are the comfortable rooms with all amenities: TV, mini-bar, air-conditioning, hot-shower or bathtub and balcony / terrace.
Its with garden view, but all in few (max 20) meters from the sea.
:: Standard Bungalow ::
Standard Bungalows have all facilities, than higher room types: A/C., satellite TV, mini-bar, hot shower and balcony with garden view.
The difference only in size of the room. Extra-bed not provided in this room type. Quantity: 6 rooms.

Its just 5 rooms right on the beach, behind the pool. View to Koh Samui and beautiful sunsets right from your balcony!

LOCATION MAP
Baan Tai beach is a central location for travelers, who want to explore the island.
You can easily arrange a taxi 24 hours or rent motorbike or car. In 15 minutes ride there are Haad Rin (Full-Moon beach),
Haad Yao or Haad Salad (West part of island) and Chaloklum (North).
In few minutes are the Thong Sala town and port and few of the most famous festival spots,
such as a "Half Moon" or "Black Moon"
... We are only 15 minutes by taxi to Haad Rin (Full Moon Party Place) and we have 24 hours taxi service available . . .
