Hotel looking a bit tired but very busy and popular, great pool foam parties. Air con ice cold, mini bar not expensive, room smelt a bit damp. Felt ripped off when charged excessively for a damaged towl. Good location.

The hotel is very hotel, it needs to be renovated. No value for the money we paid.The pictures which are in the web site are not reflecting the reality. We were very dissapointed.

i have been a t this hotel from the 6.1.12 to 11.1.12 , the hotel is fine with good location. but in the day on the check out, when i go to loby to do check out, some one of the hotel crew go to my room and take all the mini bar drinks and then they say you drink and we charge you 800bhat i come to my room to see and yep, there is no drinks on the minibar !! i ask them if can i see the camera because i think some one them take it they say to me ohh, camera not good!! anyway, shame on them! very good location, good swiming pool for party and good dj, but after what they do to me? ill never come back there!!!!!

This hotel is sooo fun if you are looking for a great party! It felt like I lived at a nightclub!!! Do not go there if you are looking for peace and tranquility. I had the best new years eve staying here. The hotel is located on a slight hill, so if you have trouble walking, do not stay here : )

Did not bring fresh towels / new towels also did not bring shampoo and soap, but after asking several times from reception they handled the problem But did not clean sheets just arrange them ....

Dont go to this hotel!! no hot water the beds are broken!! The rooms are isn t like the picture all the rooms very very old fashion and not clean so much, the service of the hotel not so nice I hope i help to all.

Hotel servcies and customer services were excellent. The foam parties were a great hit and the pool bar was good. Would be great if there was more selection of music being played during the day

We offer a free taxi service for all our guests, in and around Haad Rin in-house porters,
we generally provide this service 08:00 security of our guests outside of these guideline hours.
- Management : Various services are provided by our management team, all to make our guests stay here with us a memorable one. Generally, management working hours are 08:00 - 17:00; however management will always be available as a 24hr service if required. Guests are asked to contact our Reception (Front Office) for any requests.
