The location is very good. For those in search of a quiet place on a nice beach in a great setting it is a nice place to go. If you are looking for action, not the place to be. Suitable for families with kids. Don t be mislead by the free transfer from the pier . It is not going to happen. It s a bit of a con. Be prepared to pay taxi fares of 150 baht / person each way (songtheaw). The rooms are good value for money, clean, new, but they do not provide anything as toiletries (not even a soap). Service is average to poor but for the island standard I think it is OK.

No problem with booking, as usual. Great website. Should review this hotel s add about hotel transfer provided and remove that because it is just an add to get business. It s not real.

Das Haad Yao Resort ist für Leute die mal ein wenig ausspannen wollen genau richtig. So wir noch einmal wieder das HYR buchen sollten, werde ich wohl auf die günstigere Variante (mit Fan) zurückgreifen, da die Klimanalage genau auf das Bett grichtet ist und somit fast nicht zu gebrauchen ist... Die Zimmer werden jeden 2. Tag auf verlangen (Schlüssel an der Rezeption abgeben) gereinigt, nicht wie in einem review zu lesen war, gar nicht.... wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil ;) Sonst gibt es super Esssen im Restaurant bzw. am Strand; und einem ganz lieben Gruß an Ham der im Prinzip ALLES möglich macht.

наша семья останавливалась на 1 неделю, хотели продлить прибывание, но уже было зарезервировано. Вид прекрасный с балкона, но подниматься в гору утомительно. сейчас переехали в хад яо виллу. домик меньше гораздо, но зато прямо у моря и есть бассейн.

домик уютный, вид приекрасный из окна. есть холодильник, чайник, вентилятор, кондиционер. убирают через каждые 2 дня - не сказать, что качественно.

Good position in a beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious with a nice balcony. The restaurant has a good quality (not always the seafood).

I and a group of 8 others stayed 4 nights at Haad Yao Resort. Overall it was a great stay in comfortable rooms. We had the rooms that are next to the pool which was very convenient. Out your door and into the pool. Nice design idea. The staff were very friendly and Ham the manager was the greatest. They worked really hard to make us feel welcome and comfortable. One of my friends locked her key in her room late at night and one of the staff got out of bed and cheerfully unlocked the door for her. Very good service we thought. The hotel is in an area of the beach that is pretty crowded with hotels but the beach is the reason why. The finest most beautiful sand I have ever had the pleasure of sticking my toes in. The sunsets were unforgettable. The food was good, especially the BLT baguettes. Get one when you are there and you ll be going back for more. Recommended.

Nice place with clean rooms, and kind and helpfull staff. Good value for money. The kitchen is below average though, but there are some nice places just a long the beach. Nice and quiet beach, perfect for just relaxing.
