Travel reviews for Navasoung Resort
Date of stay: Jan 29, 2013
Accommodation and facilities:
WE would not recommenh any one stays here till the place is cleaned up, Our room was well below standard for the price we paid. Why, not care had been taken in the maintenance of the Swiss Chalet? First, although the bedding was clean, it did not fit; Second, the kettle was somewhat dirty; Third, it took me 10 minutes to take the shower head apart so that we could get some hot water; Forth, the sink would hold water, but when you took the plug out it went all over your shoes, the pipe work was either not connected or broken. Fifth, the state of the toilet bowl was a mixture of wome white, with black markes and scratches all over. There was termites in the main support by the bed and in the skirting so we could here them. Last but not least, it took us over one hour to find the hotel, due to very poor signs, if there were any. No never again. Food OK. Cliff Cuttelle

This facility is very run down and after inspecting the premises we chose not to stay. Most definitely not a resort.

Accommodation and facilities:
This resort has seen its day and peak. No maintenance at all, rooms not really clean, TV without function, even without batteries in remote (sure, no need for a TV in this amazing surrounding, but this is a good example for the whole condition of the resort).
Reservation service:
Everything okay.

Accommodation and facilities:
Not a lot of options in the area...beautiful views, but a bit rustic as far as the rooms go! We had a roommate that lived in the walls and got very noisy around 3am. Luckily, he/she stayed in the walls and did not come out (it sounded like the four legged variety that squeaks). Beds are relatively comfortable, though squeaky and aged. Think of it more like camping with a roof and you ll be okay!
Reservation service:
Booking was fine. Communication was great.

Swimming pool with mountain view was great! Friendly owners. Good food at restaurant. Our standard rooms were rather dated, in need of refurbishment. Excellent location after Doi Inthanon summit.
