Beautiful location, but attention urgently required to rooms which are not maintained very well and not in very good order. , bedding very old and towels not good condition , mosquito net on bed full of holes, staff very friendly and very helpful,

Absolutely not worth the price. Mould on mattresses and cushions, shabby, poorly maintained resort overall. Even have to pay extra if you want a cappuccino rather than a filter coffee as part of your breakfast meal. Minimally staffed, so those that do work there are unhappy and overworked.

It s a nice hotel at the end of the beach but they should definitely use the area around the pool much better with sun beds and a bar. As it is right now you have the bar/restaurant and the pool on two different places which makes the area quiet dead. The pool is also in need of an extensive renovation.
The English knowledge for the staff is really bad.
We had a family room (2 rooms) which was in a very good condition, fresh and modern!

WIFI was not working in the room, sometime working sometome not was the answer, TV not working , sorry was the answer. The sink in the bathroon was leaking, floor wet of sinkwater, no repair was made, instead a plastic bowl was delivered to put below sink.
Was not worth the money we spent and we moved early without refund.

What a beatiful Island what a beautiful resort what a battered resort and so a unfriendly staff. Especially one guy serving the breakfast is extremly unfriednly :-(

The new bungalows are beautiful, but because poor maintenance already have serious problems in the broken shower baths, wood bungalows are old. The restaurant is poorly maintained with a poor service. The structure in general is nice but would need maintenance and care more efficient.

Candle Hut unfortunately due to lack of hospitality did not make me feel welcomed. I felt annoyed and uneasy with the staff. Lets not speak about the breakfast menu offered and to be classified as a resort. I have stayed at resorts paying less than at Candle Hut and received excellent service by staff. I felt more welcomed and was serviced with high class efficiency by the nearby resort to Candle Hut. I would not hesitate to recommend Dreamland. One thing that was a bonus was the beach. Beautiful and peaceful however very far from everything else. I hope that Candle Hut assess their staff and hope they improve as the tourist is investing money at their location. A smile and warm welcome is very important let alone all the what we pay for. I certainly won t be going back to Candle Hut Resort.
