P&R Residence is a boutique guest house, conveniently located in the heart of Bangkok, a few minutes away from the Bangkok main river, the Chaophya River, only a short walk to Si Praya Pier and 10 minutes to Silom area where you will be entertained by lively nightlife, day and night shopping street, Thai and westerner restaurants and more to fulfill your recreation in Bangkok.
P&R Residence offers 25 nice, clean spacious and well maintained room with convenience and affordability guest rooms, choices of Superior room and Deluxe room. Each room is fully furnished with standard amenities and well decorated for your comfort.

Ok, if you don t spend too much time in your room. Musty. Little bit dirty bathroom. Location near Si Phraya pier, which is good if you want to go to Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Saphan Taksin Skytrain station etc.

Well located hotel,cheap,clean and quiet.Very helpful and friendly staff. This is the third time we go to this hotel and not the last.

Very friendly staff. Standard Room smell like an ashtray - They should definitely have been non-smoker, but I found a dirty well-used ashtray in the room. Superior room is definitely worth the price. Fine location 5-10 min walk from Hua Lumpong Train and MRT stations. I will be back :-)

The room was okay for the price paid and the location. However, there were stains on the walls and the furniture was older. Customer service was poor as most of the receptionists were not well-informed or polite.

This Hotel is located near the river, just behind the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel and therefore the boats on the river can be used as a transportation system. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice furnished, have A/C and many TV-Channels. Chinatown is just a few minutes away, as well as the Main Train Station. I can recommend this hotel very much. We spend 2 days at the beginning of February there and we will spend another night there at the end of February before we go back home. Good value for the money.

It was very clean, the bed was comfortable the aircon works and you have a refridgerator with drinks and snacks inside and the location is great with view to the Chao Phraya River Express Boat and busstop nearby. It is a quiet area.

We have 25 (twenty-five) fully furnished well designed air-conditioned
rooms. All are equipped with TV including cable access, refrigerator,
mini bar and centralized telephone. The room is also equipped with its
own toilet and bath with hot and cold shower. We offer two kinds of
rooms; Deluxe with the size of 30-35 Sq.m. and Superior with the size
of 25-27 Sq.m., all are spacious, clean and well maintained. All rooms
have either queen or king size beds. |
