The Waiter at the front of a man with little glasses ,we don t know his name,than we lost our one of the room key,but the room card of the key still there,the Waiter told us we must put down our passport at the front first,His attitudes is so bad, and he is not polite at all when we discuss about how to solve the problem ,that he told the Security take the onther key to open the door for us,and he said he will Deduction 500THB to Deposit the key,till we check out,he just gave back our passport and said,we must give back the card of the lost key,or he won t give back our passport,We Doubt that the man at the front and the Security find the more keys up to the lost keys of the card ,and they take the 500THB to there own porket!~

Staff very friendly and helpful. Difficult to find as the taxi drivers wouldn t stop directly at the hotel. Print off a small map as there are many sawadee inns in this area and you and the locals get confused finding it. Water in room wa greatly appreciated. Room cleaning good. No toilet paper must be put in the toilet so that is something to get used to. Many places in Thailand do not allow flushing anything apart from the obvious down the toilet. Bathrooms are dirty and toilet gets wet when you shower. A little noisy because of the location and many partygoers/backpackers stay here. Many taxi drivers outside the hotel harassing and hounding you everyday. Just explain you already have plans or reservations otherwise they will try to convince you that their plans or companies are better. Overall an average stay.

Room quite O.K., clean and quite. Unfortunately was the wake-up call that we requested ignored and we therefore almost missed our plane.

it was nice. cheap and clean but everything in a minibar is costed even water. nice location and cool. I stayed 2 days, oneday was single another day was double. single s facilitie ... not good

The location is fantastic, the airport express bus station is just in front of the hotel. The room is very small, the noise of A/C is a little big. however, I did not expect too much, it is cheap hotel.

We stayed there for 2 nights and our stay was pleasant. Though the rooms were small, they were perfect for 2 people. You can not beat the location though. In heart of Khao San area and very near to all amenities and tourist places. Good budget hotel for short stay.

good location, just off khoa san road. rooms very basic, with air con, staff friendly enough, our room was next to a noisey bar, but they moved us the next day to a quiter room.
